Join us for a fun and effective Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen and tone your entire body. Focusing on core stability, flexibility, and alignment, this class uses bodyweight exercises performed on a mat. We may incorporate props like resistance bands, small balls, or weights to enhance your practice, but they’re entirely optional. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this class is perfect for building strength, improving posture, and leaving you feeling energised!

This low-impact Pilates class is designed to support you through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Led by a pre- and postnatal trained instructor, you'll move through a combination of stretching and gentle strength work to help you stay active, ease tension, and adapt to the changes in your body.

With safe modifications for every stage of motherhood, this class helps improve core stability, posture, and flexibility while minimising stress on your body. It’s also a great way to connect with other mums in a supportive environment.

Feel free to bring your baby along—just bring a carrier to keep them close. The space is breastfeeding-friendly, so you can focus on movement while caring for your little one.

These elements work together to balance your energy, reduce stress, and promote emotional healing. Come with an open mind and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and revitalised.
